Our Board
Brittinie is a mother to 3 kids she raises with her husband of over 10 years in North Carolina. She splits her time between Hot Mess Express and her top rated podcast Girl, Same which helps create a safe space, free of judgement, to discuss the 'real' side of womanhood.
Brittinie had the opportunity to be at the very first HME mission and has been coordinating them ever since! Through this organization, Brittinie has found an amazing community and lifelong friendships! Hot Mess Express will forever hold a special place in her heart.
Danielle is a wife and a mother of two beautiful girls. She lives in Walkertown just outside of Winston Salem. Danielle puts her heart and soul into developing and molding kids each school year. She's kind, generous, and witty with a heart of gold. Danielle enjoys reading, exercising with a focus on running, but most importantly, spending time with her family and friends.
Dayna Adamwicz

Dayna is a wife and mom of two crazy boys.She joined Hot Mess Express a few years after moving to North Carolina in hopes of finding herself again after getting a bit lost in motherhood. Since volunteering at her first few missions, she has loved being able to help out behind the scenes with her business experience. When not working, mothering or volunteering, Dayna can be found listening to audiobooks, tending to her houseplants or playing a cozy video game.
Jessie Niewohner
Data Operations Manager
Jessie grew up in a small town, and with a big family close where everyone helped everyone, a built in village. Living states away from family now, she learned that is harder to find. Until, she found Hot Mess Express. She started volunteering in 2022 and quickly knew this could be her village. She is now a Chaos Coordinator for the North Carolina Triad chapter and Board Secretary. Being a part of Hot Mess Express has filled a space in her life to be something outside of motherhood and work.
Tina Brant
Tina is a busy mom and nurse who vividly remembers being overwhelmed and embarrassed to ask for help when her twins were little. Now that they are old she wants moms to know it's OK to not be OK. Asking for help is a superpower in itself. Having been with the Hot Mess Express from day 1 she wants to continue to share the love and foster belonging to moms like her.
Kayla is a mama bear of two and was the second mom ever helped by HME. She has been a part of the team since. "I will forever be indebted to HME, they are my family and I support the mission with my whole heart."
Raneesha Rollins
Raneesha has a passion for volunteering and serving her community. She’s been a resident of the Triad since arriving to attend UNCG in 2007. Currently, she serves as President of the PTO and assists with a weekly mentoring program at her daughter’s school, in addition to attending every HME mission she’s able. Raneesha began volunteering with HME in 2021 and has earned a title as “Kitchen Queen.” Through this organization Raneesha has found a group of like-minded women who understand the value of community support.
Bri comes to us from the Denver Affiliate . She moved to Denver from North Dakota in 2017 and has loved all the amazing opportunities the area provides . From hiking to festivals , events to farmers markets ; there is something for whatever experience you desire . She was fortunate to be surprised with the most important thing in her life, her daughter Edie, in January of 2021 . Motherhood has taught her so many things and she can’t wait for what is to come !
Bri is the Co-Affiliate Coordinator and has been involved with HME since May 2024. She has a background in business management, people management and has a desire to learn and be better in every aspect of life . She is involved with her local volunteer Snowbusters; providing snow removal for elderly and disabled , managing an online breast milk donation group, and helping as much waste stay out of landfills by managing an online free group. She looks forward to volunteering along side women to help women.
Affiliate Support Team
Rayna is a stay at home mom to 2 boys. She worked for a long time in the restaurant industry and has a love for hospitality. Being able to help other people is something she has always loved doing, and says Hot Mess Express came along and changed her life. Hot Mess has given her a sense of purpose and sisterhood that she feels is so easily lost when you become a mom. Rayna looks forward to the future of what the world will be if everyone has a Hot Mess Express accessible to them
Rebecca is a wife of 25 years, mother to three daughters and a dedicated Realtor. As the chaos coordinator for the Hot Mess Illinois O’Fallon chapter, Rebecca finds deep fulfillment in their mission. She vividly recalls the times when she needed support while raising her daughters but felt too embarrassed to ask for help. This personal experience drives her passion for creating a judgment-free community where women can support one another.
In addition to spending time with family and friends, she enjoys cut flower gardening, traveling to the beach, spending time outdoors, long Jeep rides, and shopping at TJ MAXX with her daughters.
Kellyann has been married for over 16 years and is a mom of 6 children. She moved to North Carolina in June 2021 and didn't know anyone here. After being a stay-at-home mom for over 10 years, and will all her kids finally in school, she decided to step out of her comfort zone and look for different mom groups to find some friends. She found Hot Mess Express on Facebook and just knew these were going to be her people. "There is an authenticity here, not found in most other places. I love to serve and what better people to serve than other women."
Aericka is a hustler at heart, meaning she is always looking for an opportunity to improve herself, her family and her community. Aericka and Pedro, her husband of 13 yrs, live in Kennewick, Washington where they are raising 3 awesome kiddos.
Aericka is a Wealth Management Advisor who has a passion for helping individuals identify their financial goals and achieving them. She also finds reading, writing and building strong connections soothing to the soul.
Aericka started her Kennewick chapter a few months before experiencing a family tragedy that left her needing a community of women for love and support but no where to turn to. It was at that time she realized she how impactful and uplifting an intentional community of women can be. Within the Kennewick chapter her admin team focuses on normalizing vulnerability and creating a safe space to ask for help.
