Membership dues are $15, quarterly.
 

Membership Dues Purpose:
The purpose of the membership dues is to first raise funds for Hot Mess Express. Specifically, these dues will go towards:

• Legal Fees: Ensuring compliance with national regulations and requirements.

​

• Accounting Fees: Maintaining transparent and accurate financial records.

​

• National Advertising and Marketing: Promoting Hot Mess Express’ initiatives and expanding our reach.

​

The second and most important reason for these dues is to encourage consistent and dedicated affiliates. It is extremely important, especially as we continue to grow, that our directory is current so potential nominees and volunteers are able to help and/or be helped. Creating and removing affiliates is also extremely time-consuming, and constant changes raise safety concerns.

• Help and Guidance: You'll have access to guidance and assistance straight from our founding affiliate — which includes what we have learned from all of you! Whether you're navigating planning rescue missions, looking to grow your affiliate, or seeking advice on specific matters, our knowledgeable team is ready to offer the help and guidance you need.

• Monthly Newsletter: Our monthly newsletter keeps you updated on all things Hot Mess Express! From heartwarming mission stories to upcoming events and organizational updates, it's the best way to stay connected with our community.

• Affiliate Support: Gain access to dedicated support when setting up your affiliate. Our affiliate support team is here to assist you with getting your page up and running, helping organize forms, showing you how to create events, sharing important information, and pointing you to the resources you'll need.

• Media Attention: The media attention Hot Mess Express receives directly and positively impacts your affiliate! Through our main website, we can guide nominees, volunteers, sponsors, and donors directly to your affiliate.

• Membership dues can be considered donations and tax-deductible (please confirm first, as this varies by state).
